Ready to rent a portable unit?
Fill out the APES rental application to start the process.
Call the office and we’ll schedule your initial delivery and finalize your rental application over the phone. We will instruct you on how to access your APES account to manage your rental.
How much is due upfront?
When you begin your rental, we collect the first month’s rent, the initial $75 delivery charge, and the $75 final pick up charge, plus tax.
So if you're storing the unit at your place, we collect a total of $300 upfront. If you're storing the unit at our place, we collect a total of $320 upfront.
From there, you just pay your monthly fee, which will be due on the same day every month. You will manage these payments through your online account.
Your month-to-month rental agreement will continue until you cancel by returning the unit.
Rent payments run on a calendar month. Once the rent is paid on the first, you have access to the unit through the end of the month.
You may cancel at any time by calling our office and scheduling a final pickup. Your final pickup fee has already been collected with the initial amount.
Cancellations are effective at the end of your monthly billing cycle. We do not pro-rate your final month's rent, so feel free to use the rental until the end of the month. You've paid for it!
